Eligibility for Returns

2. Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Used or damaged equipment (unless due to a manufacturing defect).
• Customized or special-order items.
• Products not purchased directly from our website.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos or videos of the defect/damage for verification.
3. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• FarmsEquipment Nigeria  will not cover the return shipping costs.
• For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
